FRANKFORT, Ky. (July 28, 2026): From August 3 - September 11, 2026, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Summer Subsidy Cooling Component will accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis, or until funds are depleted, for a one-time electric benefit. Interested households should contact the Community Action Agency serving their county of residence to determine eligibility and complete the application process.
