Making An Impact

Working to empower low-income individuals and families across the Commonwealth, Community Action partners are making a profound impact on the citizens we serve. Each year, we touch the lives of hundreds of thousands of Kentuckians, all striving to attain self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.

Through programs and services focused on influencing the social determinants of health, we are directly improving the health and well-being of current and future generations. Here’s a snapshot of the impact we have throughout Kentucky. We invite you to learn more.
